Mental health acts are meant to protect ones life, however if one is deemed terminal, unauthorized euthanasia can occur, usually in disguise or under the guise of care, based on discriminatory principles.
The persons ability to make decisions, the arbitrary taking of their life may happen as their life is deemed that it is not worth living and death may be imminent, and they may be deemed as suffering and / or a burden on society etc.

The person may be a senior, handicapped, suffering from a terminal illness, mentally incompetent, mentally ill.and / or poor; therefore their outcome is mineralized based on "their" arbitrary diagnosis and their value of life is minimized.
Institutions, doctors, nurses, caregivers, social workers, field staff, ambulance staff, judges and law enforcement may act in collusion and/or co-conspirators to end ones life that they decided, based on their discriminatory practices and deny the individual his/her "Right to Life.". .
In many cases the mental health act is enforced based on doctors / care teams arbitrary diagnosis and judges / law enforcement enforce the act, without questions besides care team arbitrary diagnosis and orders.

Unauthorized euthanasias' are heinous crimes against humanity and should be prosecuted as such.
Regulations and oversight need to be in place, as to prevent such heinous crimes against society.

We ask that required regulations and oversight are put into place to prevent the above said crimes and for the UN and the ICC to prosecute such criminals, when local authorities fail and / or act in collusion.
