A victim could ask basic questions in their native language ("What are my rights?" "How can I submit evidence?" "Where can I find psychological support?") and get immediate, standardized answers. This provides crucial information and builds trust from the very beginning.

Sentiment and Trend Analysis: AI can analyze social media, local news reports, and radio broadcasts in various languages to identify patterns of human rights abuses as they emerge. It can also gauge public sentiment and fear, helping us understand the "atmosphere on the ground" and direct outreach efforts to the communities that need them most.

2. Enhancing the Investigation and Legal Process

Evidence Processing and Verification: Human rights investigations generate mountains of data—videos, photos, satellite images, documents, witness statements. AI can sift through this evidence in a fraction of the time it would take a human team. It can:
