Human Right's need to be overlooked and managed by the U.N.

Human Rights need to be enforced by the UN. These rights are not a question, but a guaranteed right for the planets occupants...All countries, whether signors or not are required to remain within norms for economic, other world standard's and security. Human Rights should not take the back bench, but be in the forefront, as it is the basis of everything for mankind.                                 Support is needed besides talk ... Action on prosecutions of violations needs to be taken more seriously.
